1. We reserve the right to cancel your order or request additional payment if supplier prices change after your purchase. If this happens, you may decline the change and receive a full refund. Most items, such as blades, rubbers, and rackets, are locally stocked and will not be affected by price fluctuations. However, for items sourced directly from suppliers (like robots or tables), price adjustments may occur due to unforeseen changes. If we do not adjust the price, we may incur losses that affect our ability to operate sustainably. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and will process refunds promptly if you choose not to proceed.

2. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you to provide alternatives or offer a full refund. If we cannot reach you within three business days, we will ship the available items in your order and issue a refund for the out-of-stock items. Please make sure your contact information is up-to-date and respond to emails or messages promptly.

4. Items purchased from our store are not to be used for harmful or unlawful purposes. However, in the event of a home intrusion, feel free to use our products for self-defense (in accordance with applicable laws).
