Return Policy
For Standard Items (Rackets, Rubbers, Blades, Balls, etc.)
- Items can be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging, and the return is shipped within 30 days of receiving the product with a valid tracking number.
- The returned items must be in brand-new condition and suitable for resale.
- Shoes can be returned as long as they haven’t been worn for actual play, which could cause wear on the soles or add odor. Please try on the shoes briefly to check the fit, and decide promptly if you’d like to return them.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) will be processed after the returned item passes inspection. If the order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Custom-assembled rackets (e.g., pre-assembled or cut) cannot be returned.
- Used items are non-refundable and considered final sale.
- Please contact us before sending any items back to initiate the return process.
- Ensure the items are securely packaged to maintain their condition for resale during transit.
For Tables and Robots
At this time, tables and robots are non-returnable, unless otherwise specified. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
